Activity Overview
Recognizing the importance of wellness sometimes comes from seeing the long term impact of low levels. Have students create visuals of some long term impacts from low levels of wellness. This will reinforce the importance of balancing all aspects, and allow them to continue to reflect on their own wellness.
In this activity, students will continue to use the self reflection storyboard they created. However this time, they will illustrate the long term impacts from low levels of wellness. Students should reflect on what can happen if they neglect and do not boost the areas they identified as low. By completing this exercise, students will hopefully be motivated to focus on balancing each wellness level.

Student Instructions
Create a storyboard visualizing the long term impact of low levels of wellness.
- Copy your storyboard from the previous activity
- Delete everything in the cells besides your pie chart.
- Finally create a visual representation showing the long term impacts of your three lowest levels of wellness.
- Title each cell with the specific area of wellness. Additionally, add a brief sentence reinforcing the long term impact of low levels of personal wellness.
