Activity Overview
Infographics are a visually appealing way to convey information clearly and concisely. For this activity, students will create their own infographic to display what they have learned about the holiday of Halloween! Teachers could have students focus on the history of Halloween, statistics that relate to the holiday such as: how many people celebrate, favorite costumes, favorite candy, etc. Students get a chance to hone their research skills while creating a fun and entertaining poster perfect for the holiday! For an alternative to engage the entire class, students can conduct polls on favorite candy, costumes, scary movies, and more and display what they discovered in an infographic!
