- If you want to brush your teeth, you need a toothbrush toothpaste and a cup. First, open the water tap, put the brush part of the toothbrush in the water and close the water tap. Then, turn the cap part of the toothpaste tube and squeeze the body part of the toothpaste tube.

You put the toothbrush in your mouth and move it for two to three minutes then take the toothbrush out of your mouth.
