- Act III
- "Beware the Ides of March."(I:ii:ln 18). They are dressed and on the way to the Lupercal race. A soothsayer is telling Caesar to beware the ides of march. Caesar does not believe him and lets him leave. Caesar is joined by Antony, Calpurnia, Portia, Decius, Brutus, Cicero, Cassius, Casca, and the soothsayer during this scene but I could not fit everyone.
- Act IV
- O ye gods, ye gods! Must I endure all this?
- "You are my true and honorable wife,As dear to me as are the ruddy dropsThat visit my sad heart."(II:i:ln 289-291). Brutus is talking to his wife Portia. Portia wants to know what he is up to and demands to know because she is his wife. Portia is hurt that Brutus won't tell her what he is doing. Brutus then says he will tell her later.
- Act V
- "Et tu, Brute? — Then fall, Caesar!"(III:i:ln 78).Casca stabs Caesar then the other conspirators join and lastly Brutus. The scene is showing Brutus stabbing Caesar. Caesar then turns around and says the quote. Caesar had been murdered by his friends.
- Theme
- "O ye gods, ye gods! Must I endure all this?"(IV:ii:ln 93). In this scene, Brutus and Cassius are arguing. They are arguing about what would be a better tactic for the fight. They also argue about Caesar's death. Brutus and Cassius then argue about who is a better soldier.
- "Caesar, thou art revenged,Even with the sword that kill'd thee."(V:iii:ln 45-46). Cassius is told that Titinius has been captured. He remembers the promise that he made to Brutus and follows through. Cassius asks Pindarus to kill him. Pindarus agrees and stabs Cassius and becomes free.
- The theme of the story is to keep your friends close but your enemies closer. The scene where Caesar is stabbed by Brutus shows this the best. Caesar believes Brutus is his best friend, but he kills him.
