- Economic factors played a role in the French revolution. The cost of food was high, particularly bread. The people could not afford bread.

- There were a lot of protests going on. People wanted religious freedom, political equality, socially equal, and economic equality.

- King Louis XVI was an indecisive leader. He showed a lack of participation as a ruling king. People were also angry over the taxation.

- The Estates General opened with King XVI and Maximilien de Robespierre representing the Third Estate. A feud over taxation began.
- Since King Louis XVI locked us out of the assembly, we've decided to move to the tennis courts of Versailles and form our own National Assembly.

- You are a member of the Third Estate, a commoner. You must help storm the Bastille to secure gunpowder & weapons.

- After the death of Louis XVI in 1793, the Reign of Terror began. You need 150 pts. to get to level 4. You will be helping with the Reign of Terror.

- For 50pts. you must team up with Maximilien Robespierre and seize control of National Convention and Committee of Public Safety.
