- It has been a month now since we asked you to fix the problem but you have not done that yet ,One of your employee is very sick
- My apologies for that ,things got a liitle bit busy i could not have time to do it.
- Now I can see that you do not care about the health of your employees.All you care about is money
- It not my fault that the employee got sick,he should have been more careful
- You are being so unprofessional right now ,How can you say that ?
- It is also their responsibilty to more careful
- The union representative confronts the employer
- It is clear that you do not care about the rights of the employees.so therefore i will take this matter to the union and there wil be disciplinary hearing against you
- I have been in this company for so many years ,I know all the rights of the employees.
- In this scenario the employer does not seem to care and is blaming the employee of not being careful
- I think the company made a bad decision by appointing you to the management
- As i have said I'm going to fix this you all need to relax and give me time.
- The employer here continues to blame the employees
- It too late now you had the whole month to fix this
- The union represantative takes this case to another level by taking the employer to the hearing
- The employer realise that this matter is very serious and start coming into his senses
