  • Learned ways on how to keep my body in proper shape like cardio such as running.

  • Don't forget to stretch before every workout
  • I learned to love exercising especially calisthenics. Using equipment was also fun. It pushed my body to it's limits.
  • If it were me I would focus on aerobic drills, anerobic drill, and Zumba. All three have the exercises that focus on the parts of the body I would want to improve like core exercises and overall body movement in which I can get through doing Zumba since it requires the whole body to move. It can also help with my hand-eye coordination since we would be following an instructor. These kinds of fitness programs can help develop the body muscles. Aerobic and Anaerobic can also help develop your body. Playing sports can also help strengthen you body.
  • If given a chance to make your own fitness program, what would be your choice? Will you focus on aerobic, anaerobic, drill, three exercises, Zumba, etc? (Think about lifetime fitness)
