- There are Diferent Schools of Law. The first one would be POSITIVIST SCHOOL that believes in a formalized, static and mathematical form of law.They also believe that law is made by sovereign,who serves as the validity who emposses both the law and its sunction on the people.
- Good morning everyone! Today we will be discussing Different Schools of Law.Law is '' founded and not manmade''. It is the creation of interaction between the local situations and condition of people.
- Next would be the PHILOSOPHICAL SCHOOL, that concern itself with the connection of law to specific thoughts which law is intended to accomplish. It tries to explore the reason for which a particular law has been established.
- HISTORICAL SCHOOL trust that law is a result of a long historical advancement of the general public since ,it start from the social customs show ethical standards monetary requirement and relations of the general populations.
- SOCIOLOGICAL SCHOOL developed as a blend of different juristic contemplation. The types of this school treat law as a social wonder.
- Also as indicated by them, the law is a social capacity, an outflow of human culture concerning the external relations of its individual.
- FUNCTIONAL SCHOOL ,was explained as disposing of a potentially disruptive surplus produced. In every types of civilization ,every custom ,material object has some task to acomplished.
- SCIENTIFIC SCHOOL, focuses on the scientific approach in carrying out task by workers in a organization where they are motivated to perfom.
