- Racial discrimination here at work is escalating to another level and its so sad
- I think its high time we report this to our Union representative
- the treating we are getting here is very sickening
- indeed, you also deserve better as black people.we must be treated equal
- Your rights to be equal treated matters and its a serious thing and if the management is not willing to listen we go to court
- Workers talk about how they feel about discrimination in their workplace
- I saw an email management has called a meeting , any idea what is it about?
- Lets go in and here what they want to say
- Co- workers discuss their views on how the management has set race role work
- They also need to hear us out, we have been treated badly kept quiet for long
- Its our rights we are not settling anymore
- Union representative assuring them that she heard their complaints and will fight for their rights
- we also decided that we will put post around the work place that will address the issue of racial discrimination
- Thank you for coming, we have heard your complaints therefore we decided that we will treat everyone equal
