- This is story of a 19 yr boy Aman, who after following a influencer got interested in exercising and body building. He was so keen to build a good body like him that he even enrolled himself in gym.
- FALLING ACTION
- "Dangers of drinking water from plastic bottles."
- So this was the problem.
- To achieve his goal he use to, work out for hours, maintain a diet, sleep on time and for his goal only he started keeping a small plastic water bottle with him which he used to refill all the time to increase his water intake.
- RESOLUTION
- WE SHOULD FOLLOW THE 3R'S
- But even after all his efforts he was not able to get his the results he expected and he even started to have some symptoms of health problems.
- RESOLUTION
- After your suggestion I reduce using plastic stuff! see my bag .....haha

- All this was very disheartening for him but he was adamant to find the cause of it, he started to talk to his instructor , look out for problem in his schedule , look on articles and one day he finally came across an article of "Dangers of drinking water from plastic bottles." which made everything clear for.
- After finding the cause of all the problem there was no looking back for him . He started read more on plastics, its effects and steps to tackle it. he tell all of this to his parents and they came to the conclusion of following the 3 R's (Reuse, Reduce and Recycle) for plastic in their lives.
- Aman and his family after this reused their bottles by making wall hangings and pen stands, reduced plastic usage by opting for jute bags and dispose of all their single use plastic items by crushing them so it can go for recycling. They are much happier and healthier now and this made them to encourage other people to do the same.
