- 1. A juvenile is taking into custody because they are reported to have unruly or delinquent behavior.
- 2. Intake officer or court determines if child continues detention or commence juvenile court
- 3. A document is filled in court or by prosecutor that formally charges against juvenile with delinquent or unruly behavior also filing what's best for the child.
- 4. Judge decides if juvenile is unruly or delinquent. Sees evidence and witnesses.
- 5. Juvenile is made an arrangement to what best suits their case.
