- It all started in my cozy little house in Berlin Germany on the night of broken glass. Storm troopers game in my house and destroyed everything. They took my dad and said that I was next. I was so confused. I didn't know what my dad or I did wrong. My mom told my little sister and I that we were leaving. We go visas and tickets to go to Cuba and met my Dad on a ship because Hitler told my dad that his family had to leave or there would be a bad consequence.
- My refugee story started in my family's small apartment in Syria. I had just gotten done doing my prayers and I was sitting in my kitchen then BAM! A bomb went of and the entire side of my apartment fell off. My mom rushed my little brother and I outside and hurridly grabbed as much of our belongings as she could. She got out just in time for the building to collapse. We eventually found my dad who was at work and we decided to head to Germany. Hey Josef that must be how we are connected!
