- "Our eyes were now fixed upon the yawning mouth in fear" (Homer 808). Having fear now brought upon the situation more than already having.
- As the sirens start to lure the men into their deaths by singing a song they are withdrawn from the situation of a possible death experience. The men are focused on all that are aboard. "The sound of waves" (Homer 758), these experiences of the little time they had around distracted them from all around what was coming around to them.
- My best men! We need to fight of Scylla to be able to move forward in out quest!
- As approaching the whirlpool after being called by the sirens, the men had to "drive her through water" (Homer 762). They could barley control the ship as they were headed to a dangerous whirlpool by Charybdis. These made the waters rocky and shores had to be able to steer around with, therefore causing more chaos towards different situations happening around the mean aboard the ship.
- Aboard our next adventure and quest to the beyond and fight what shall come our way!
- Coming out of the cave big and ferocious, a huge ana hungry 6 head serpent was now headed their way as evil had struck their path causing more pain and hardship. They were now presented with a powerful myth with power "swallowed down the sea water" (Homer 803). Just in a little amount of time she has been able to stand her ground and frighten all around her.
- Now being encountered by Scylla, her six heads have now had been able to feast, one by one picking off 6 crew members--one for each head. Now "whisking six of my best men" (Homer 810). She had taken almost half of the crew to be her devouring. Using all might around them, they are able to fend off Scylla.
- Faced by danger and using time to the advantage , now able to set all "now behind" (Homer 826). This meant that as they had taken on one of their biggest challenges they were now able to look ahead to the clear and keep sailing to their desecration. Knowing, however, that they would in fact face more danger.
