- "of course I would, you never know what could happen"!says Cuba
- "hay Cuba do you want some bombs"?says the Soviet Union
- "oh no, the Soviet Union gave bombs to Cuba! I don't like that because Cuba is right in my back yard"!says the U.S.A
- so what did the USA do? they surrounded Cuba and of course Russia wasn't happy bc they were around Cuba too!
- so now there mad at each other, oh and Cuba to of course, so what do they do? because the USA doesn't really want a fight right now. (but the U.S did stay for 13 days so)
- the Americans and Soviets had exchanged letters and other communications, and on October 26, Khrushchev sent a message to Kennedy in which he offered to remove the Cuban missiles in exchange for a promise by U.S. leaders not to invade Cuba
- but finely on October 28, Khrushchev issued a public statement that Soviet missiles would be dismantled and removed from Cuba. The crisis was over but the naval quarantine continued until the Soviets agreed to remove their IL–28 bombers from Cuba and, on November 20, 1962, the United States ended its quarantine.
