- This is my family and we love to care of each and every member of our family. We have great ways to maintain our 'self-care' and keepaway the stress and negativity of life.
- In order to maintain self-care, I always drink plenty of water so I stay hydrated every time.
- My baby sister loves to write and draw and my older sister loves to listen to music. This keeps them from stress and continue on the 'self-care' mind-set that we have
- My younger brother's way of taking care of himself is to take on walk every afternoon with our dog 'Chumpy'.
- For my parents, my dad loves to dance like crazy and my mom loves to meditate. This keeps them from worrying about our needs and, again, maintain the self-care mind-set.
- And that is how we maintain the self-care mindset everyday. You should try it, too! It really helps us keep away from all the worries in life.
