On manor farm the animals forgot about the rebellion and there are many new animals and changes in improvement on the farm now. The farm became more prosperous and better organized.

Although the farm has grown richer only the dogs and pigs live comfortable lives. The animals still have much pride in their farm, work hard, and continue to live normally. Squeeler takes the sheep to learn a new chant and that is when they hear a horses terrifying neigh.

After the animals hear Clover's neigh they approach her and they see that Squealer is standing on his two hind legs. Before the animals say anything the sheep start chanting "Four legs good, two legs better".

Clover is loosing her vision so Benjamin reads one of the seven commandments to her and they see that it is changed to "All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others". After that many things that would have been looked down upon became normalized.

falling action
The neighboring farm come and apologize to the pigs and Mr. Pilkington toasts Napoleon. Mr. Pilkington praises the pigs for their advances to the farm.

exposition
Napoleon makes a truce wit Mr. Pilkington and all humans. Claiming that they should live in peace and not competition with each other anymore.
