- scene 1: in the bookThe night Mildred overdoses, Montag discovers her unconscious body and an empty sleeping pill bottle. Montag calls emergency responders upon his discovery in order to resuscitate his wife. Mildred's system was then flushed and her blood was replaced by two medical operators.
- I'm not going to be able to escape..!
- scene 2: in the bookDuring Montag and mildred's conversation in the morning after her suicide attempt, Montag confronts Mildred about her suicide attempt, although it seems as if she had forgotten. Montag believes that she subconsciously took two pills after two until the sleeping pill bottle was empty since she may have forgotten that she had already taken two.
- scene 3: imaginedAfter a course of time, Montag was ultimately found hiding books in his residence. The fire department was dispatched to set a fire at his house. However, it was unknown that Mildred was still in the house when the fire was ignited.
- I overdosed that night...
- scene 4: imaginedBefore Mildred could acknowledge the fire, it had been too late, the fire had spread near all the possible exits. Mildred was trapped and unable to escape. She died as a result of the fire.
- scene 5: imaginedOnce Mildred's body was discovered in the ashes of the burned-down residence, the medical responders were called to revive her once again.
- scene 6: imaginedAfter mildred's recovery, she gained memory of her first death. Mildred had always been indoctrinated by society, and she was subconsciously solemn. On the surface, she appeared to be content. She lived a perfectly regular life. She participated in all of her peers' activities. However, on the inside she was genuinely miserable, her husband worked late, and all she ever had to talk to at home was her "family," which, in her eyes, was completely fine, although in her mind she was unhappy, which lead to her suicide attempt.
