  • Social Hierarchy plays a role in Mexico. The Spanish Born Peninsulares are the White People born in Spain, immigrated to Latin America. The Creoles are the People born of Spanish parents from Latin America. The Mestizos are mixed races of European and Native American or European and Enslaved African. The Native Americans are the Indigenous people of America. Lastly, The Enslaved Africans are the Africans that were trafficked.
  • A Rampage
  • Many people under the highest social class wanted change. The Creoles wanted the jobs that the Peninsulares had. Merchants worried under the mercantilist policies that tied the colonies to Spain. Mestizos were angry at being denied the power that were only available to the whites and Native Americans suffered economic wealth
  • Execution
  • A Man named Miguel Hidalgo plays a very important role in the Mexican War. He is a priest at the Roman Catholic Church. He kicks off the start of the war with a speech named "Grito De Dolores" While delivering the speech, police to arrest him quickly.
  • The End of the Mexican War of Independence
  • Little did they know, Miguel Hidalgo came prepared. He had around 90 thousand poor farmers and civilians that rampaged through the city as Hidalgo was getting arrested.
  • Hidalgo's many men was soon defeated by the well trained Spanish Troops and soon after that Hidalgo was taken prisoner and executed by the Spanish. But this didn't stop people from fighting.
  • This surprised many Countries after seeing what happened in Mexico. Many were inspired by Hidalgos actions, people that once supported Spain supported the Mexican Independence. At last, in 1821 an army led by general Agustín de Iturbide made the Spanish flee from Mexico and then declared Independence on September 27, 1821
