- How to Convert
- Little Jamie breaks apart all the bars into pieces. Now there are 41/12 chocolate bars. Thanks, Jamie.
- Addition
- The amount of chocolate has remained the same. Making s'mores may require some more work, but we haven't lost any chocolate.
- Standard Algorithm

- Besides counting up the pieces, we can use a few shortcuts to find an equivalent fraction of a mixed number.
- I will show you how to re-name-inate.

- Rename the whole number as a fraction(s) that has the same denominator as your partial fraction. Add the fraction piece to the wholes.
