- Potatoes were the main source of food for the Irish people. Potatoes made them stronger and more handsome. Because potatoes have low-cost maintenance and usually is cheap, Irish people ate potatoes 3 times every day.
- A new world, A new beginning
- Oomycetes attack the potato crops. causing the potato blight. It runs rampant throughout all of Ireland, infecting vast amounts of potato crops. The Phytophthora infestans caused half of the crops to be depleted, and about three-quarters of crops to be non-existent.
- Journey to the promised land
- This is a living hell!
- Trying to tranquilize the chaos of famine, the British Government's efforts had an ant-sized impact, and thus people still died in mass numbers. Next, they allowed the U.S to import excess corn to Ireland, Due to being non-experienced in cooking corn. Eating it raw, was fatal. People were also kicked out of their houses because they would use cropped potatoes as their payment to the landlord.

- Due to the high mortality rate, Irish people were forced to move to neighboring lands such as America and other places. Hence, the current status or population of Ireland decreased drastically, as 2.8M lives were lost. About one million people lost their lives to starvation or famine-related diseases, and others migrated via boats.
- British landlords agreed to pay to send pauper families to North America. Claiming to promise money and aid for all of the paupers, but then placing them in worn down and poorly built ships, thus gaining the name ''coffin ships''.

- Those who had successfully migrated to other countries had to adapt to their new lifestyle and start a new life.
