- Once upon a time, Don Juan and his wife Namongan lived in Nalbuan, now part ofLa Union in the Northern part of the philippines. Don Juan left his wife to go to her enemy to punished her enemies. But he didn't know that her wife is pregnant. Namongan gave birth to a baby boy without her husband. He gave her son's name Lam-ang.
- Lam-ang is the first child who spoke after he came out to her mother's womb. When Lam-ang came out to her mother he ask his mother if where is his father. After 9 years Lam-ang decided to find/look for his father. When Lam-ang feel a tired he decided to take a rest and while he's sleeping he had a dream about his father heads hanging in the pole of the igorot tribe. When Lam-ang learned of what happend to her father, He rushed to their village and kill all the people except the people who's going to tell to other people about Lam-ang'sgreatness.
- Lam-ang shouted so loud the Igorots heard him. The Igorots attcaked himby throwing a lot of spears to him. He is not wounded by the spears , Lam-ang attacked them by using his machete, He used hi machete like cutting a banana tree.
- Lam-ang returned to Nalbuan. He took a bath to a river called Amburayan with the help of the ladies in the tribe. The fish,eels,and crabs died in the water and floted on the water because of the dirt he had on his body.
- After Lam-ang rested,Lam-ang went on a journey to going to Kalanutian to court a girl named Ines Kanoyan. On the way he met Sumarang the giant, He asked the wind to blow out Sumarang.
- Lam-ang went to Ines' house, there he saw a lot of suitors who want to court Ines too. His Gray dog barked and the house broke apart then chicken clucked and the house was rebuilt. They got married, There was a tradition that the newly married man should get the raring fish. Lam-ang got eaten by the fish. His friend save him in the stomach of the monster. THE END.
