- Drew is an influencer who constantly travels for his job. As a result, he needs to make sure he is early to catch his flights. Drew lives in the city, so he uses the bus to travel to the airport.
- Drew spends most of his time on the bus using his phone. Specifically, he uses Influence That!, a social media platform that lets him monitor all of his accounts easily

- When the bus is near his stop, he gets a notification through the bus alert system. Users need to pull down on the notification to fully read it.

- Drew assumes it is just a random notification, as he has notifications on for Influence That! and every social media platform linked within it, and ignores the message that the bus is near his stop in order to continue browsing the app.

- In order to ensure Drew gets off at the stop, the bus alert systems implements a new solution. It sends a pop-up notification to Drew's phone after 30 seconds. It prevents him from using other apps on his phone.

- Thanks to this new solution, Drew was able to remember to get off the bus at the correct stop. He was very happy that the system sent a second pop-up notification to remind him.
