- Maybe I will reach out to them. Could you give me a few websites or places to go to. And possibly I could go to the next Headspace Workshop with you.
- Its definitely not a weak thing to have and most certainly not just for men. That's just a stigma people believe in that isn't true.
- I suggest for you to maybe reach out to someone or even do some research online. There are many great websites you can use to talk to someone about what your going through without feeling judges.

- Thank you for staying with me for the past month. All these extra activities, and the gym really helped me. I also spoke with my gp, who has recommend me to a councilor who has given me good advice to distract myself, and put myself first sometimes.
- That's no problem, and remember if you ever feel upset, mad or any type of feeling there are always people and different ways to help you. Oh and remember don't be late again for your girlfriend she just got back with you.
