- Steve enters the court room. During this part Steve expresses that he had flashbacks. He say that he had flashbacks from a movie he saw in school, during the trial. One of the other people blames Steve for pulling the trigger.
- PROBLEM IS RESOLVED

- A boy named Steve Harmon was put on trial. Steve was put on trial because of a robbery and murder. He was only 16 years old. Why he did it or did he actually do it is unknown. This is his story. As the story starts of by a letter from Steve while he attends the detention center. His lawyer walks in while he’s writing and tells him what will be happening.
- EVENTS
- During the trial the witness was called to explain their part of the story. Again Steve has another flashback .Actually he’s having flashbacks throughout the trial. Steve feelings during this was sad.
- CONCLUSION
- Steve ends up pleading not guilty.He was happy but also sad because he has been isolated for a few days.There was actually only two people who actually did it. Meanwhile Steve thinks about what would happen next. He sees a flashback where his father wished he would have left for school.
- So one of the main events in this story is the robbery/murder . This story includes the “white people” calling the black boys monsters. It also includes some family issues with the dad and his son. His mother was not really mentioned in the story . Also while he was in the detention center he said he was writing he’s probably going to put it in a movie.
- 5 months later, Steve still starts film making. Steve father moves away. He clearly see the distance between them too as they really didn’t get alone. After the trial he think did they really see all those black boys as “monsters”. The END!!!!!!!
