  • Hi, I'm Jessica and today I will be talking about your total wellness! Total Wellness has three parts, you need to be socially well, emotionally/mentally well, and physically well.
  • An important part of obtaining your total wellness is being socially well. An example is having a good relationship with your family. I feel comfortable around my family and trust them. To improve your social wellness you can be more friendly, improve your hygiene and be a loyal person to others.
  • I love being around my friends! I know I can trust them and they can trust me. We always have a good time together!
  • Another way to achieve total wellness is to be physically well! Some ways to be physically well is to work out, drink lots of water, and eat healthy. My favorite way to be physically well is working out at the gym or taking dance classes.
  • The last factor of total wellness is your mental/emotional wellness. Your mental/emotional wellness is how you feel and act. Ways to be mentally/emotionally well are to get a lot of sleep and do things that make you happy. Sometimes you can get stressed. You should talk to an adult or take things slowly you find yourself often stressed. This could be affecting your emotional/mental wellness.
  • That is what your total wellness is and how to obtain it! Overall there are three parts to achieve total wellness, emotional/mental wellness, physical wellness, and social wellness. Studies have shown that with total wellness people tend to be happier and live longer.
