- While scrolling, the girl sees the glorious weekend that her classmates had along with the hundreds of likes they got.
- The girl starts to compare her life and popularity to her classmates and starts to feel inferior.
- During her classes, she can only focus on why she doesn't have the life of the others she's seen on social media, not realizing that her life is just as special.
- While walking home, she runs into an old friend and she tells him how little her life seems.
- Her friend explains that he was the same way. What he had to do was stop comparing his life to others on social media and appreciate what he had. Stop looking for validation on social media and focus on things that make him happy. His family, friends, and hobbies.
- Our friend decided to take his advice.
- She started spending more time with her loved ones and not spend so much time looking at other people's lives.
- She now realizes that validation comes from one person, herself.
