- No problem. It's my responsibility as anesthesiologists and as doctors to help ease a patient's pain. (10)
- Oh, he's doing great. I'm monitoring his anesthesia and he said that he doesn't feel so much pain than before. (4)

- Scene 2

- Alastair and Lysander are doctors. Alastair is an anesthesiologist and Lysander is a gastroenterologist. They both met and became close because they are treating the same patient, Kirsch, the one with the stomach cancer.

- Kirsch is a spoiled brat. A brat that indulges himself into parties, loves smoking, drinking, eating unhealthy foods, unbalanced diet, high intake of salt such as fast foods. He was so fat before that his BMI reached 35.67 which shows obesity. But since he got stomach cancer, he had gotten too thin.
- Scene 5
- I'm sorry. I couldn't visit my son. I just couldn't bear to see him suffering just like how his mother did. (1)
- No! It's okay! I'm sure Kirsch understand your reason. (2)
- One day, they had a meeting regarding Kirsch. Alastair called for Dr. Nile, the surgical oncologist in charge of Kirsch, Dr. Leah, the medical oncologist. His sickness seemed to have worsen so they need to decide on what to do.
- Scene 6
- Another day of pain passed Kirsch but this time was more painful than before that he begged Alastair to end his pain. Of course, Alastair had no choice but to increase the anesthesia intake of Kirsch to help ease the pain.

- In the end, Kirsch died because of overdose due to an excessive amount of anesthesia in his body. Alastair went to visit Kirsch's grave and met Kirsch's father who thanked him for ending his son's pain.
- Kirsch is really stubborn. Thank you for ending my son's suffering even if it means death, (3)
- No. I will not press charges against you, I'm sure Kirsch also wished his pain to end. (5)

- Even if Kirsch's father didn't hold any grudge against him, many people still demands to get his license revoked. Other people found his actions okay but others even went to the hospital to rally because they can't stand a murderer doctor, as they call him. But Alastair paid no mind because he knew that Kirsch gave him permission and he is only doing his job as an anesthesiologist and a doctor which is to help heal and ease up a patient's pain. Alastair continued his job until he retired.
