- Jeremy loves computers and working with cloud computing software. He works as a application support engineer, therefore uses the platform everyday. Alongside this he spends time playing computer games in his spare time so he's very familiar with computers.
- Jeremys company need to make improvements to their cloud computing software to make it easier for them and other companies to find servers within the cloud. This angers him and makes him stressed as he spends a lot of time throughout the day doing this as part of his role.
- He sets to work on the tool and shares his developments with his manager who sees the many benefits this will provide her team and everyone else that uses the platform making her excited for the result.
- After working endlessly developing a way of making it possible he finally came up with a solution and is thrilled with the result.
- After presenting the result to his manager and team members they're all just as thrilled as him as they know how much time this will save them everyday.
- Now the process is in use everyone is saving so much time, and the stress of having to spend that time needlessly has been eradicated making for a happier work place and allowing more time for other things.
