Athens: citizens, metics and slaves

- Citizens
- I am not allowed to participate in any democratic events.
- We were born in Athens so were are parents, we are Athenians.
- I get to vote and participate in democracy. I also have to join the military at age 20
- Metics
- We are metics we live in Athens but weren't born here.
- We can't own any land or become citizens.
- We also can't vote and the main jobs we do are: gardener, worker and cooks.
- Slaves
- I am a slave, I work for the citizens and could never become and metic or citizen. I normally work out in the field or in the house. there are the most of us because we were taken prisoner during the wars.
