- This quote shows that George can be a little mean and grumpy sometimes but we've seen that he does care and is like a parent to Lennie.
- "I forgot, I tried not to forget, honest to God I did, George."(pg4)
- This quote not only shows how Lennie talks and acts like a child, but also shows how he is timid and nice despite his size. He forgets thing easily so he has to work very hard to remember them.
- "Guys like us are the loneliest guys in the world. They ain't got nothing to look ahead to. With us it ain't like that.
- "Tell me- like you done before. About the rabbits." (pg 13)
- I think Lennie will do something to get them in trouble like how he did in weed.
