- The meeting of the Estates General was called by king Louie to resolve issues regarding the financial crises in the estates especially the third one. France was deeply in debt at the time and when Louie hires someone to solve the financial crises the first and second estate are not happy because they would need to pay taxes. When the meeting was called The third estate wanted to vote by the amount of people in each estate. However, the first and second estate disagreed and wanted to voted by order. This meant that the the top two estates would out vote the third estate who makes up 95% of the population, they where not letting this happen.

- In result from the Estate General the first estate was not happy. In order to prevent the vote from happening they took a pledge to convene change whenever necessary and wherever. They declared themselves the national assembly.The assembly kept pushing forward and later completed the Constitution of 1971.
- Reign of Terror

- On July 14 1789,the national assembly marched on a prison for gun powder. They did this because of rumors that they where going to get marched on my other monarchy kingdoms to kill the revolution that has been started. So, due to lack of, they went to the one place they knew had gun powder and that was the prisoner.
- Rise of Napoleon

- Woman where beginning to become very angry in the rising revolution. The where going hungry, being left out of the Constitution and where treated poorly. In result, 6000 Woman marched from Paris to Versailles. They demanded bread and when they didn't get that they marched on the castle to get his attention, Eventually, he finally promised to follow the woman back to Paris to see things first hand.

- Quickly, political leader and lawyer, Robespierre rose to power to move forward with the revaluation. This time of rule was know as they reign of terror mostly due to the invention of the guillotine. Anyone who said anything even faintly against the revaluation they where killed. At this time the national convention got rid of the monarchy and created a republic.
- This revolution sucks!
- Later came the rise of napoleon. Napoleon started in the military at a you age and quickly rose to power in France. He lead the revolution to major military success, taking land from Austria and pushing back Great Britain. With all his success he named himself emperor with the support of France. Then, to create order, he created many reforms which created a strong central government. He created roads, allowed more freedoms, and encouraged new industry,
