- Aponi, meets with her Shaman to prepare for her vision quest, something she has wanted to do since she was young.
- The Arrival of the Spirit Helper
- My spirit helper is a Deer??
- Since she feels most at one with nature in the midst of the forest, Aponi decides to spend her four days fasting and praying there so she may concentrate on her mission.
- The Return Home
- That's amazing!
- I just came back from my quest, and I found out that my spirit helper is a Deer!
- As she spends her time in this frightening place, Aponi prays for courage and discernment.
- The Elder's Interpretation
- My spirit helper is a deer
- Ah, the Deer symbolizes wisdom, loyalty and success
- When Aponi recognizes a deer as her spirit guide, she makes the decision to return home in order to have the guide's significance explained.
- When Aponi returns home, she informs her loved ones that her mission is over and that she encountered a deer that served as her spirit guide.
- It's about time
- She visits the Elder after informing her friends and family that she has finished her journey, and that Elder explains that the Deer represents success, wisdom, and devotion.
