- Hello! My name is Ayoshi and I got to know about the pathetic condition of the slums of Mumbai. Slum is an area where many people live together in very bad, dirty and unhygienic conditions that we all know, but when I got to know about the real conditions of DHARAVI, MUMBAi, I was terribly surprised and shocked at the conditions and at the same time the happy faces of the people who are still living there effortlessly.
- To develop this place, we should focus on arranging new places for them to live, ask the government to arrange for proper drinking facilities and break the stereotype that the children from the slums are not considered to get education from renowned private schools. Children should be judged upon their merit and excellence and not upon the locality or background from where they belong to. People should provide more facilities to these people so that they can improve their condition and keep give a better future to their next generations.
