- (1) Good morning, En Affan. I would like to report that there are few customers from one of our chalet branches that asking if they can book our chalet for their next trip.
- (2) Morning Nurul. I admit that we did not have any kind of website that our customer can book our chalet. I think we should built one!

- (2)That’s nice idea. So what are the functional requirements of the software that En. Affan would like to suggest?

- (1) Today, I will give you guys an assignment. I want our company to have a website where our customers can book a room from any our branches in our chalet.
- (3) I love it too. We also can add featured like which branch that they would like to make a reservation, prices , room type and how many days they choose to stay.

- (2)As for me, I think the most important part is for login and register. We could make as a VIP page that will full of benefit such as discounts.
- (1) Most important things that I would like to highlight is about the promotion and our discount to the customers.

- (3) I think we have settle one part and move on to the next part, which is a non-functional requirement that defines the performance attribute of a software system. In other words, a non-functional requirement will describe how a system should behave and what limits there are on its functionality.
- (2) Yeah, you are right. If they pay through payment page inside our website, then just have the paid writing box in their booking.
- (1) I have been thinking about a while, and I realize that there is no need for them to send proof of transaction now days.
- (2) Sure En. Affan. As for privacy of information, It’s should be audited.
- (1) As for me, I want VIP page must load within 2 second and our software should be capable enough to handle 1 million users without affecting its performance.
- (3)Yeah, I agree with you guys and I prefer if every unsuccessful attempt by a user especially when they fail to pay their booking shall be recorded too.
