- The Montague and Capulet families are feuding again. If any fights occur, the prince of Verona, who is in charge of keeping the peace, declares that the heads of the houses will be claimed.

- At the Capulets' ball, Romeo, a Montague, and Juliet, a Capulet, met and kissed. Romeo was not intended to be at the feast, and Tybalt, Juliet's cousin, sees Romeo and swears revenge.
- Romeo sneaks into the Capulet orchard to visit Juliet, and they declare their love and vow to marry and live together. With the help of Juliet's nurse and Friar Laurence, Romeo and Juliet married in secret.
- Romeo murdered Tybalt after attempting to stop the conflict following Mercutio's death. Juliet is devastated by the news of Tybalt's death and Romeo's exile. Despite the fact that Juliet is already married, she is compelled to marry a guy named Paris.
- Friar Laurence gives Juliet a potion which was able to give her the ability to seem dead and avoid having to marry again. After he sends Romeo a message describing the plan, Juliet then proceeds to take the pill. Her body was then carried to the family graveyard.
- Friar Laurence's note about the potion was not able to arrive to Romeo. And so, he assumes that Juliet is no longer alive. After purchasing the poison, he proceeds to return to Verona.
