Mental/Emotional: This is based on your thoughts, emotions ,and actions.This is learning how to manage stress in positive ways.Whether it's taking a step back or calling a friend/family member.
Social: This is based on how you act with family,friends and peers.Even during this tech era it is still important to know face - to - face social skills! Collaborate and talk to more people to help.
