  • There are many way on how you can train your joints especially the ankles and knees. I am going to show you different ways you can exercise and what you can eat.
  • Lifting weights and running on a traidmill are good exercises to do while you are at the gym . Lifing weights adds weight allows the muscles to activate and work hard.
  • Running on a treadmill will help your knees and ankes Increasesblood flow to the cartilage and delivering nutrients that keep the cartilage healthy.
  • Don't forget to strech your body after every exercices because it helps keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints.
  • Food with Vitamin D and Caclium: Spinach.Kale.Okra.Collards.Soybeans.White beans.salmon, perchorange juice, oatmeal
  • It is important to be aware of what you are feeding your body. In order to strengthen your joints you have to eat food full of Vitamin D and Calcium but don't overdo it because too much of anything is bad
  • Remember If you are not able to go to the gym to do your exercises you can always go for a run as it has as many benefits as going to the gym.
  • And lastly remember to get as much sleep as you can because if you can't get that enough sleep your hardwork would have been for nothing.
