At the beginning of restart chase ambrose out of his window and off his roof. As he was plunging to the ground he screamed. Then he braced for the impact. But it never came because for him ever thing just went white.

Chase goes to the hospital and is unconscious for a little while. Then he wakes up and finds out that he has amnesia.Then he asks for a mirror and he doesn't recognize who he is. Then he learns things about himself and his family.

Shoshanna sees chase at Heaven on Ice . So she walks up to him and dumps her frozen yogurt on his head. She does this because she is mad at him for what he did to her brother. She also did it because she misses her brother and its chases fault he had to move away to another school.

Then everyone goes back to school and no one believes that chase has amnesia. He wonders why people fear him. He also wonders why he doesn't recognize his friends. After he tries to figure things out. He ends up joining the video club because Brendan said he should but Shoshanna didn't like that idea .

Then Chase decided that he's going to finish out his community service. After that Shoshanna went to go see Mr.Solway but he didn't want to talk to her.But then Mr.Solway say Chase and Shoshanna talk and he changed his mind .So then Shoshanna and Chase spent alot of time with Mr.Solway and videoed him telling his story.

This is after Chase and Shoshanna interviewed Mr.Solway daily so they had more than enough footage but they didn't want to cut it. But they had to anyway or they would not be able to present it/turn it in. When they finally finished editing they were sad because the people can't see the full thing. So after they presented everyone gave them a 5-minute standing ovation .
