Therefore, how do you educate them?Interviewee: First, be your own voice. Second, raise your own awareness. Third, consult a profeesional.

How do we use our own voice to spread awareness about mental health?Interviewee: Speak for yourself because you are the leader of your life, you the are voice of your own. Voice it out and don't keep it to yourself.Interviewer: How do we really voice it out when certain people find it hard to talk about it.Interviewee: First, we have to find someone we are comfortable in, is either your close friend or your parents because it is much easier when we are with someone we are close with.
