- Hi I´m Sheela and I am currently right outside of Dubai and what I'm wearing is a burqa it part of local culture for women. This is what women wear and has not changed for decades
- And that is what local and pop culture are. Two very different point of views one that hardly ever changes and one that could change at the snap of a finger.
