- Most of the time people will apply for jobs and not have good employability skills or good work ethic. I am going to tell you the main ways to achieve that goals of people a good worker with great work ethic
- Work ethic is a personal set of values that determines how someone (the employee) behaves in a work place.
- Do not be lazy or rude to people you work with and do not horseplay around. Stay professional and put together because that is how you will KEEP a job,
- What is work ethic?
- Work ethic skills are important because it influences how someone will approach their day and tasks. When you are driven with happiness and passion when at a job that is very important.
- 1. Follow the lead of peers and mentors2. Think like an owner3. Develop the skill of being self disciplined4. Being devoted to you work and doing beyond of whats been required from you
- Boss: " Great job getting your work done efficiently and effectively. You've helped out others and have showed the skills of a leader."
- The lady in the red dress has completed all of her work in a timely manner. Is very self discipline, and she has done extra work to help the business she works for move faster.
- Lady; "No problem boss!"
