- Hi, my name is Omar and I live in a refuge camp.

- This is my brother Hassan. All we have is each other and our foster mom.

- At a very yong age, me and my brother had to leve our home. A wor had statred and we would have to leave if we did not want to die. Thins are mostly the same in a refuge camp so it can get a little boring sometime.Hassan and I had to travle a long way to get here and we go very sick and weak. We want to go back home to America but it is not likly to happen.
- Hassan can only say hooyo which means mom. Hassan also has seizures and they are very scary for everyone. I usualy take care of Hassan during the day but one day a man came up to me and said that I should go to school. I did not want to but i ended up going and loving it. When it came to taking the exams I got nervice because if you did not pass you did not contine school. But then one day at school someone ran in and said Omar you are on the list to have a meating. Getting on the list ment you might be able to go to America!
- I took about four years for the UN to decided if Hassan and I could go to Amarica. But while we were waiting to hear back I got nervice and frustrated. Hassan also had another seizure. Then when Hassan go better our goat dyed and Hassan got so sad he ran off. When I found him and got back home a lot of our friends were there and they told us that we had anoter mating with the UN. In the end Hassan and I got to go back to Amarica.
