Simon notices Ryan is showing signs of over-intoxication of alcohol. He sees Ryan is pale, unconscious, and vomiting.

Simon tells Khadajih to call 911. It's important no one leaves Ryan alone. Simon stays with Ryan.

Simon tries to wake him up. He also rolls Ryan on his side to avoid choking. Simon should check his breathing and pulse.

Ryan is passed out! I think he drank too much. 

What should we do?

Ryan can you hear me? I'm going to roll you over.

Okay. I'll be right back.

You call 911. I'm going to stay here and watch him.
