- Amit: When I stepped in, few critical interventions were done like “single and one accountable project manager from lead practice was introduced; he was empowered, supported and made responsible for all internal and client decisions, all client/ ad-hoc requests went through scope management & CR lens. Identified the client senior champion who could get things done. Finally, negotiations with client on CRs & dividing projects into smaller chunks to start delivering value to stakeholders which increased everyone’s confidence.”

- Somnath: As the IT delivery process picked up – it was evident that the engagement needed to be managed from onsite with the offshore teams acting as delivery factories aligned with key streams of delivery. The key streams of delivery needed an senior Cognizant anchor to provide integrated management and delivery ownership from Cognizant. With the high velocity of delivery it is critical for me to get involved deeply with day-to-day delivery and track, manage and report the same with utmost clarity
