- here have some food
- Jonah was a nice man, he was well respected because he was wise and a follower of God
- Nineveh the neighboring town of Israel. The people in Nineveh are evil and did bad things this made god angry
- god spoke to Jonah and told him about the evil town of Nineveh. God gave Jonah 40 days to change the people of Nineveh or else the town will be destroyed
- um ok???
- Jonah got confused and scared so he ran away from Issral
- Jonah got on a boat to hide from God
- While on the boat there was a big storm Jonah knew that God was angry he told the people on the boat to through him off but they refuged
