- Long ago in a City Named Ashur in the mesopotamia there lived a King who ruled over many people
- The city very quickly became overcrowded....
- The King went to the oracles and asked what to do. They decided to deport the People unless they could pay a tribute to the King
- Many people were forced to leave unless they could pay the King tribute
- The King told the people who could afford to stay he sent the poor someplace better where they could thrive and live a better life.
- But in reality...
