  • Harry is the Technology Director at Acme Corp and one of the top employees of the company. He is currently running a high profile project that is due to end in 3 months.
  • There is a lot of work pending & I want to make sure my team delivers on time
  • Harry received some bad news. David has just resigned. He wants to travel. David is the Senior Program Manager on Harry's team. He is a key player in the project.
  • My travel schedule starts in 3 weeks. I can be in the office till the Friday prior to my travel.
  • Harry reaches out to his best recruiter, Rita for help.
  • Hi Rita! I have an urgent opening for a Senior Program Manager on my team. Can you please help?
  • Rita meets with Harry to collect job requirements and understand Harry's expectations
  • How many years of experience? What are the must-have skills?
  • Rita logs into Phenom CRM and instantly posts a job to the career site. She uses Harry's job description.
  • The job gets published instantly on the career site. Within a few mins, there are already visitors on this page.
  • Wow! That was quick!
  • Rita also captures Harry's expectations on candidates on the Notes section of the job in CRM
  • Atleast 5+ yrs experience, agile, scrum master, remote is fine too!
  • Sarah, the sourcer on the team gets a notification from Phenom CRM about the note that Rita added in the system. Rita also speaks with Sarah and explains the urgency.
