- When he went outside, there was a drought that plagued the town he was living in.
- So.... hot..........
- When he saw this, he gathered water from the nearby ocean and evaporated it into water vapor.
- Up to the sky...
- He then condensed it to the town he lives in....
- ..and created rain for all to see.
