- Product is picked up from store and taken to Regional Adjustment Warehouse.
- Warehouse employee creates virtual STO to site 2116. Tires are pysically labeled with STO #.
- Product is logged in eBay report with STO & eBay item number.
- This looks great! I'll write off these tires and list them on eBay!

- Once product sells, eBay team creates FedEx label(s) referencing customer and STO # and emails to Regional Adjustment Warehouse.
- Regional Adjustment Warehouse receives email from eBay team and pulls tires to be shipped.
- Lets get these tires shipped!
- Warehouse alerts eBay team via email once tires have been shipped.
- API call to capture tracking for customer; item closes on application.
- Tires deliver to happy customer!
