- When runaway Matt is running away from foster care where his dad put him until he could "provide" him with a good life he is sheltered by Samantha in her creepy home, Craven Manor, he has no idea he is entering a trap.
- Samantha's parents are locked up is an abandoned crip. Mr. Higgins who is faking to be Samantha's Tutor along with fake parents when Samantha calls the cops they do not believe her. When Matt comes along she tries to convince him ends Matt tries to get them both free before Mr. Higgin's kills them both and take Samantha's family fortune.
- After trying, and trying to escape Matt had gotten out through a chimney he finds hid dad that had been looking for him in the woods. He told his dad about how Samantha was in there and Mr. Higgin's is going to kill her and her real parents. Matts dad lets him use his phone to call the police. At first the police did not believe him because Mr. Higgins was putting up an act. Thought after a few times of call the arrested the whole gang. Matt and his dad moved for England to the U.S along will Samantha's family which they could not thank matt enough for saving them and Samantha.
